What does a Concierge do?

We, the concierges, make contact between company and guests. We are responsible for answering the queries meant by guests. We direct the phone calls and coordinate the plans. We maintain the culture at our company. We often work in the hospitality industry or real estate offices. We reply to the email queries of the potential clients. Some of us also greet the visitors and ensure they feel welcomed. We offer recommendations about different activities. We often assist the guests with the commute and other information. Our duties include cleaning the lobbies and spaces. We work in assistance with departments and guests. We accommodate the guests and offer assistance.
