As Conference Coordinator, we make arrangements to book, cancel, postpone and take orders. We obtain requests and make confirmation with clients for processing of orders so visual setups look prominent. Performance of inspection check to assure amenities are available. The ability to generate solutions and take remedial steps for coping with uncertainities.
