Job Description

Overview
Aveshka is seeking a Conference Planner/Coordinator to support The Federal Bureau of investigation (FBI), Office of Private Sector (OPS) is responsible for engagement with strategically important private sector entities within the United States. Its goal is to increase security by enhancing communications and promoting the timely and effective exchange of security information and intelligence among its private sector constituents.
Responsibilities
Conducting data collection from various sources for review Formulate data and edit the information into format(s) to be specified by the SIA Interpret data and present findings Support to multiple simultaneous projects Access and perform research on intelligence databases and exploitation tools for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the customer Present briefings to personnel designated by the customer The Contractor shall be capable of performing all tasks in accordance with applicable FBI regulations, guidance, and directives. All Contractor personnel shall be knowledgeable of industry standards and practices and capable of performing all the tasks specified with minimal supervision to include Open Source/social media exploitation Use of analytical IT tools (query, link, visualization, etc.) Data review
Qualifications
Required Experience Manage logistics of events from beginning to end, including the planning, coordination, and execution phases Oversee and assist set-up and break-down of events Track and implement an execution timeline and expenses per event Coordinate with field offices and other headquarters divisions on event logistics Track and maintain attendee data events Create and update official agenda Place events on enterprise calendars Send Save the Dates Secure speakers and handle speaker arrangements for FBI affiliated events Required Education Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent specialized training Required Clearance Secret About Aveshka Aveshka is a professional services firm focused on addressing our nation’s most complex threats and challenges. TASKS

  • Consult with customers to determine objectives and requirements for events, such as meetings, conferences, and conventions.
  • Review event bills for accuracy and approve payment.
  • Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security.
  • Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs.
