Are the working conditions good if you work as a Configuration Management Analyst?

I would say working conditions are always good but could be subject to less than that if an audit is in a difficult place. That only happened once to me but it certainly wasn’t all too bad. Generally, a CDM job can be cushy since it frequently involves a lot of data input at a desk with a computer. Just make sure to get up and stretch your legs once an hour!
