Working with Conifer was a wonderful experience. Caring and professional management and great team work. Benefits and compensation were top notch, communication was excellent and employees were valued for their skills. We were also treated as people, always with a sense of humanity.

Pros and Cons
The office was great, good parking, plenty of workspce. Remote was good, we all still stayed a team.
No cons. I would still work there, but the line of business was discontinued.

Management is very unprofessional. There is nowhere to take your break. The lunchroom is always full. You have to take your break outside. They don't properly train you. They are always watching you and don't tell you something is wrong until you have done it. There is a lot of chaos at this place. The lunchroom is so small if you don't rush when your lunchtime arrives you won't have anywhere to eat. You might have to walk far to find a place to break or take lunch and by that time your break and lunch or over. This is a very stressful place to work. The vibe there is very electric and not in a good way.

Pros and Cons
They pay good but no privacy when you take your break because there is no where to do that.
Constantly being watched, judged, very compacted work space, no where to take your break,

Put in positions that are not good fit then used as a scape goat for department failure. Senior leadership is horrible and care nothing for employees

Pros and Cons
The people(employees) are great
Unless you are Caucasian and part of the clique you have no chance here to succeed here

I worked for them for alnost 3 years, and within that time my job was outsourced and I had to reapply for one of a handful kept onshore. They took away flex time, and continued to pile non-AR tasks on the AR staff. New QA department uses outdated and and unecessary job aids. There is no real rebuttal process for QA and new standards of documentation, research, contacting payers, and production are unrealistic.

Pros and Cons
Work from home
Unrealistic expectations of quality and productivity. No flex time.
