I started as Staff Reservoir Engineer in the South Texas asset, and after 3 years was transferred to the emerging Eagleford asset at that time, I had the opportunity to do a lot of DFIT, DCA and RTA analysis to support operations. I ended up being promoted to Reserves Coordinator for the asset, and after almost 12 years decided to go somewhere else for a highe position.

Pros and Cons
Good for technical work, a lot of visibility from other assets for transfers.
None really.
