As an expert infrastructure specialist, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the leading companies in the IT industry, providing L2/L3 infrastructure support for server-side installations and configuration of UiPath products. Over the course of my career, I have gained extensive experience in troubleshooting complex support issues and providing guidance and expertise to sales and implementation teams during RFPs and POCs. One of my most memorable experiences was working with a large financial institution that was interested in implementing UiPath's automation solutions. As part of the pre-sales process, I participated in several client workshops to help shape the best-fit solution for their needs, working closely with the sales and implementation teams to ensure that the proposed infrastructure solution was realistic and achievable.
