About Construction Inspector

What does a Construction Inspector do?

Working as Construction Inspectors, we ensure that the construction meets the standard quality. Construction companies hire us for their projects. We check the structural soundness of the building. We apply basic engineering as well as safety regulations to inspect projects. Besides this, we conduct laboratory tests of building materials to check their quality. We maintain daily field reports of the project. To ensure compliance, we check electricity as well as plumbing. We issue a violation notice if the building is not compliant with local ordinances. We attend the project closure meeting. Additionally, we provide written documentation of the findings.

  • evaluating specifications set for construction of a building
  • inspecting building structure as well as materials
  • issuing violation notice and preventing the continuation work if the work is not according to compliance
