PositionOverview: Eaton'sElectrical Sector has launched a new initiative that focuses on a digitaltransformation for commercial construction project stakeholders. This excitinginitiative will develop and deploy contemporary capabilities from pre-designthrough to commissioning and operation of our equipment. It will driveproductivity improvements for our channel partners, contractors, consultants,Eaton customer facing employees and will provide a superior customerexperience. Weare hiring two Business Process Leads to help create the desired customerexperience by leveraging Customer Journey Mapping or Design Thinking methodsand coordinating with operations, IT, other functional teams and our customersto drive process improvements that will support the digital capabilities. Weare looking for individuals with knowledge or experience working in thepre-order process (pre-design, design, bid) or order management process (fromPO to shipment) of configure-to-order (CTO) or engineer-to-order (ETO)products. In thisfunction you will: + Bea hands-on leader who will collaborate with cross-functional teams on keybusiness process improvement across several sites that support the execution ofthe Commercial Construction Digitalization initiative. + Createand implement project plans to optimize workflows related to the CommercialConstruction Digitalization initiative. + Beself-motivated, analytical, highly organized, and resourceful in understandingcomplex processes, often with limited documentation. + Actas a leader in embracing and driving strategic change, challenging the statusquo, while garnering business support and alignment towards streamlinedprocesses. + Becustomer focused, solutions-oriented and foster collaborative, productiveworking relationships amongst business stakeholders. Qualifications Required(Basic) Qualifications: + Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited institution required. + Minimum5 years of experience in: process improvement, project management, customersupport, commercial construction projects, order management, continuousimprovement, and/or digital customer experience. + Mustbe legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipnow or in the future. + Thisposition has the flexibility to work remote, anywhere in the United States,with geographical preference to the Southeast Region or our Eaton facilitieslocated in either Moon Township, PA or Beachwood, OH. PreferredQualifications: + Experienceleading organizational change. + Constructionproject lifecycle experience is preferred. Position Criteria: + Evaluatecurrent business practices to identify gaps, waste, and opportunities forimprovement. + Plan,develop, implement process change across several different sites to improve andstandardize business processes and system usage. + Driveefficiencies in construction project lifecycle workflow to achieve and maintainbusiness and initiative goals. + ProvenLeadership skills - ability to lead change across multiple sites and businessesincluding ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongstdiverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities. Ability toeffectively manage and engage teams to drive change. + UtilizeChange Management and Continuous Improvement techniques to drive adoption andadherence to new procedures, focused on successful outcomes. + Createand maintain comprehensive project documentation. Demonstrated customer focusedskills and behaviors. Develop creative solutions and contingency plans toaddress process challenges and/or systems limitations. + Strongorganizational skills - ability to manage the timely execution of multipletasks and projects. + Excellentcommunication and presentation skills - both verbal and written with ability tocreate status reports and technical presentations to stakeholders. + Demonstratea high-quality user-centric approach. Create and present project updates tocross-functional business stakeholders. + Buildcollaborative and cooperative relationships with cross-functional businesspartners, IT and business leaders. + Developin-depth knowledge of key business areas.
