As a Content & Curriculum Developer, you will work closely with members of the Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness team to develop the content which will empower the ingredient that we truly believe is at the center of Workdays success '' our amazing people.
This role is for someone excited at the thought of developing impactful, unique, engaging, and relevant content at high quality and volume which drives and supports our progressive Talent philosophy.
It is also meaningful work, particularly given the current importance to our leadership team, our business, and its growth that we successfully enable and empower our people, and sustain our amazing culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the content development and engagement process itself: fast information-gathering, organization and distillation of key ideas into simple and elegant language that engages, powerfully trains, story-tells, and provides strong resources for our Workmates globally.
This role will deliver results in two critical areas:
1: Content Development: In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high quality, compelling, and original content that arms our Workmates with the mindsets, skill sets, and toolsets to unlocks the highest levels of performance and growth consistent with our Workday values.
Translate our Talent strategies, principles and practices into easily consumable videos, materials, and training experiences that can quickly drive behavioral changes and people impact.
Propose and generate new and innovative content based on business needs, audience feedback, and cutting-edge neuroscience, leadership & management research.
Translate content into simple and effective visual design models, tools and video.
Transform content in to exceptional interactive learning experiences '' digital and in-person.
Partner closely with other Talent & Performance Enablement COEs to ensure synergy in mindset, skill set and toolset strategies.
Develop and track KPIs to assess strategic impact of content, and continuously build out and refine our content strategy and execution to improve performance.
2: Engagement Strategy & Leadership: In this role, you will partner with our Talent & Performance Enablement team and HR Business Partners to execute and implement an engagement strategy that regularly keeps our Talent strategies top of mind for our workmates and enables them to grow through targeted and relevant resources.
Execute and implement engagement strategies tailored to our unique people and culture that drives our business and people strategy, packages and shares best practices, and engages on a highly effective continuous and integrated learning journey.
Collaborate on building the key messaging needed to enhance effectiveness and then identify and implement the best learning and engagement vehicles to deliver the messaging.
Build out and execute a schedule of regular communications and campaigns to key stakeholders.

6. Technology Proponent: Champions emerging and available technology to improve learning, talent, and organization effectiveness
7+ years directly related experience, in the following fields: Communications consulting, Freelance writing, Content curation, Content development, employee communication campaigns or instructional design
Talent and / or HR experience a plus
Bachelors degree preferred
