Contract Negotiator

As Contract Negotiators, we are responsible for evaluating contract agreements and documents, negotiating terms with clients and customers, and resolving contract disputes. We manage parties' business deals and ensure that the conditions adhere to the company guidelines and state regulations. Not only that, we should acquire a strong in-depth knowledge of many loans like FHA, VA and investors and review.

Core tasks:

• drafting and negotiating all internal procurement, marketing agreements, consulting services agreements
• assessing and supervising providers’ performance standards and contracts financial performance
• managing day-to-day vendor issues like bill invoicing, pricing contract amendments and disputes
• managing vendor on-boarding and off-boarding and determining cost saving opportunities and pricing optimization strategies
