About Contracting Specialist

What does a Contracting Specialist do?

Working as Contract Specialists, we prepare as well as review contracting agreements. We research legal regulations to negotiate terms. Collaborating with a legal team, we draft contracts as per the client's needs. Besides this, we also help clients in the termination of contracts. It's our job to explain legal contract terms to the client in easy language. We interact with the client as well as vendors. As Contract Specialists, we also handle breaches of the agreement. We self-monitor our progress to submit the draft on time. We proofread the contract to ensure its compliance with the law. Our focus is to ensure that the client follows the legal obligations of the contract.

Core tasks:

  • preparing, editing, reviewing contracts between clients and vendors
  • verifying the compliance of the agreement with the law
  • explaining contracting terms in simple language to the concerned parties
  • handling termination as well as breach of contracts
