What does a Controller do?

Functioning as Controllers, we are responsible for directing the operational functions in the offices. Our primary goal is to oversee and control the different activities that are being executed in the offices. We identify suspicious activities or other issues in the work of our team members. We guide the new workers of the officers about the company rules and regulations. In the role of Controller, we are accountable for coordinating with the external auditors of the company. We evaluate the performance and functionality of the accounting software to ensure the production of perfect results. We work collaboratively with the managers and supervisors of different departments of the company.
