I enjoyed my time with the company. i enjoyed my position with the company which was not on the call floor, so i can not speak to what that environment is like.

There was not much support or help. They did not work with you when life happened and so I had to find a new job as I need flexibility

Responsible for responding to and resolving challenging customer technical support concerns. Provide remote support to customers for setting up cable, phone, internet, settings, and other connections on new or rebuilt PCs and modems for Time Warner Cable New York City

Worked for this company twice I would not have gone back but I ended up pregnant and needed a a job easy on my feet

Training was inadequate. Management did not care about fully serving the members and providers in the u.s healthcare account. The position itself was not enjoyable for me because i was plugged into a phone, a computer, and a tiny quarter cubical all day everyday.

I wasnt there long because it was based on a point system and i pointed out . I had a great time working there it was a nice little drive but i made things work out. I love typing so it fit right into my life style

Great company to work for at a younger age, 4 projects and i was mentally stressed trying to keep up.

My experience with Convergy was amazing. The benefits was great and the managers was very concerned about their employers and made sure we wasn’t struggling with our career goals.

The company and its benefits are ok! However management is horrible. The management team and HR have wrongfully fired people and plotted to get rid of people

They herded people in like cattle. Pray you don’t need to go to the bathroom during the day and it throws your adherence off.

Convergys is a great place as a sarter job to gain the Entry-level Customer Service experience career.

My supervisor didnt like me so she said she seen me with my phone & lied job was very unprofessional

Worked there for about a year. I was hired has a customer service representative. I was given a sideway promotion into the resolution department after 6 months when I then learned that when in that position I was stuck with no way for advancement. The pay was minimal with no raises. The only way to make more money was to work night shifts and weekends to get a shift differential.

Training was your typical fast walk through of a high turn around rate job. Barely anyone lasted long enough during training and didn’t last after wards either. Most people lasted about a week if that.

Very rude manager responded “everyone is treated the same” when asked for an extra 5 minute break due to my disability.

I thoroughly enjoyed my job at Convergys. There were a lot of employees there that complained about the company I didn't have a problem with them The only reason I left there is because I was moving out of state. I understand they're no longer in business but I felt the wages were extremely fair, in fact better than anybody in the area. They were strict about your attendance which people had a problem with. I look at it this way, if you apply for a job, accept the position, then show up to do the job.
