Convergys and Synnex announced about reaching a definitive agreement on June 28,2018 and integrated with Concentrix. Concentrix is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation and a technology-enabled global business services company which specializes in upgrading business performance for some of the world’s best brands. The staff of the company serves next generation customer experience every day, from more than 40 countries and helps the company to better connect with their customers.
