Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants was founded in 2005 by CEO Tim McEnery on the conviction that food and wine have the capacity to create lasting bonds. The winemaker and crew finds the best crop of the greatest grapes, and when they find them whether in Chile, France, Washington or California, Washington they collaborate with the grower to begin producing the wine. Cooper's Hawk has developed an informal and modern eating experience in an engaging upmarket environment, complete with friendly hospitality. The culinary team has created a modern American menu filled with international flavors. Each dish is prepared fresh in the scratch kitchen using peak-of-season ingredients and labeled with a bin number to help to find the ideal wine match for the dish.
