Contributions to the 401(k) plan will begin six months after hire, with Corcoran matching contributions. They offer coverage for workers at no costs, equal to double the annual salary up to a maximum of $400,000 is provided. In the first year, two weeks are prorated and begin after three months. After five years, you'll get an extra week, and after ten years, you'll get another week.
