What does a Corporate Account Manager do?

As Corporate Account Managers, our primary tasks include managing and nurturing relationships with key corporate clients. We act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. We work closely with various departments to facilitate the successful delivery of products and services. We also carry out strategic planning to increase account revenue and client satisfaction. Additionally, we provide solutions to any issues the clients face, ensuring a high level of customer service and retention.
