About the Role

Glassdoor is looking for a Finance Intern to support the Corporate & Operations team. This position will have the opportunity to support various month-end close processes, including variance analysis and financial reporting preparation, as well as gain cross-functional partnering experience through exposure to business partners during the monthly forecasting cycle. Additional responsibilities, such as maintaining various cost and expense models and developing ad hoc analysis, will provide an opportunity to showcase and improve analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hourly pay rate: $25.00/hr

What You'll Do
  • Participate in the monthly P&L review process by recapping actual results versus plan and forecast, assist in creation of monthly variance reports for business owners
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, including detailed financial analysis
  • Support monthly accounting close processes to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain and improve various cost and forecasting models to provide deeper insights to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis for cross-functional departments and management
