What does a Corporate Paralegal do?

As Corporate Paralegals, we work on corporate law matters under the supervision of licensed attorneys and lawyers. We assist the legal departments of an organization in many facets of corporate law. We offer services in corporate litigation procedures and other business legal needs. Attending corporate meetings and preparing corporate resolutions is part of our daily responsibilities. We review, track, and monitor legislation and update regulations affecting the business. We assist in implementing changes to contracts to be in compliance with regulations. Working as Corporate Paralegals, we are responsible for supporting litigation matters and respond to customer queries.
