What does a Corporate Travel Consultant do?

As Corporate Travel Consultants, we map out travel arrangements for business’s employees of different corporate companies and firms. We oversee detailed work of travel agencies including expense departments and managing personnel travel details. We help them with the lowest possible rates for your group business trip around the globe. We will arrange for travel visas to Brazil, then plan a company outing to England the next week. We strategically manage cost-effective travel policies for their entire organization to stay within the allocated budget. We also ensure safety, privacy and comfort of all employees to travel in reliably secure environment.

Core tasks:

  • booking international reservations for air, ground transfers, hotel and car rentals
  • providing international price quotations upon request
  • handling all admin related tasks
  • assisting in continuous process development
  • liaising with patients and delegates, providing an outstanding service
