About Correctional Case Manager

What does a Correctional Case Manager do?

We, the correctional case managers, establish a connection between the custodial system and the social system. We reintroduce the prisoners and criminals to society to enable them to enjoy social life. Counseling the prisoners and providing job training to them are our responsibilities. Also, we analyze the criminals psychological behaviors and develop a plan that best suits him. In addition to these tasks, we locate the education and job opportunities that the criminals can opt for after they are released from prison.

Core tasks:

  • ensuring that the prisoner live a happy and productive life after he/she is released
  • helping the prisoners in attending social events
  • planning the goals of the life of prisoners
