Founded in 1961, and headquartered in Miami Florida, Costa Farms is a company that grows houseplants and garden plants and ships it to retailers across North America. The plants are found at various home improvement centers, clubs, grocery stores, and markets across the US. Being one of the largest growers of horticulture in the world, Costa Farms was established in 1961 when Jose Costa Sr. purchased land south of Miami measuring 30-acres to grow fresh tomatoes in winter and citrus in the summer. Today, the farms grow 1500 varieties of houseplants to make it easier for customers to choose plants from new collections. There are several open job positions posted by Costa Farms on its official website seeking project managers, growers, botanical experts, software, I.T, and more.
