I applied here last year, and the HR manager phoned me for an interview. A week later, the same HR person called to confirm my job offer. Additional topics were also reviewed, and generally, the procedure was really simple—unlike other businesses, which make it tough for employees.

The procedure is not very challenging. Once you submit your application, it will be evaluated. If they like your CV, they will contact you to schedule an interview. If you pass the interview, anybody from the HR department may contact you again to discuss other matters, such as your joining date. 😀
