About Counselor Aide

What does a Counselor Aide do?

As Counselor Aides, we provide administrative assistance to the counselor. It is our job to manage interviews and appointments of counselor with patients. We provide assistance to the patients on their visit to the counselor. We also conduct interviews with the patients and their families to find out more information regarding them and then recommend the counselor for specialized treatment plans. We also ensure neat and tidy environment. Providing transport facilities to the patients is also our responsibility. We are responsible for tracking the progress made by the patient on their treatment plans and assist them in following it effectively.

  • assist the counselor with treatment of the patients
  • maintain record of appointments, patients, and their treatment plans
  • maintain a healthy and clean working environment
  • provide tranport facilities to the patients
  • recommend the counselor for more effective and personalized treatment plans
