As Counselors, we help people cope with their emotional and mental health issues. Our job is to listen to the patients carefully and understand their problems. After analyzing the nature of their problems, we are responsible for preparing effective treatment plans following which the patients can recover quickly. We guide the patients on how to successfully deal with stressful situations. Making them aware of certain coping mechanism of stress and anxiety is also our responsibility. By asking necessary questions about the problems they are facing, we briefly identify their problems and work on resolving them accordingly. We also track the progress of the patient's treatment and make appropriate changes to the treatment plan if necessary.
