As of August 2020, Zekarias Thompson has been recruited as the internal specialist for diversity, equality, and inclusion. Zekarias has more than 8 years of coffee industry experience and has been with Counter Culture Coffee since 2014. Beginning in August 2020, all Counter Culture workers will begin cross-departmental DE&I preparation. It also collaborated with Kantola to provide continuous training on organization-wide abuse and discrimination. Counter Culture Coffee offers numerous posts for experts. It also makes plan to improve the life of the workers 401K retirement plan, tuition support and child-care benefits.
