What does a Counter do?

As Counters, our primary tasks include managing and processing transactions efficiently and accurately. We assist customers in completing their transactions, whether it be deposits, withdrawals, or other banking activities. We are responsible for ensuring that the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift. We also provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that customers might have. Additionally, we comply with all banking regulations and maintain confidentiality for customer information.
