Counter Sales

As Counter Sales Personnel, we are present at stores, fast food stores and many other establishments to meet customers' needs. We ensure that the sales process is properly and quickly executed; from the placement on order to the very last execution of such order, we oversee the entire process. Being the first people the customers engage with, we are responsible for making customers feel at home, creating a harmonious relationship with them, attending to their every need, and answering the questions posed to us.

Core tasks:

• follow up all orders and curb against delay in execution
• help customers with queries and provide necessary help
• ensure that all customers leave the store satisfied and fulfilled
• greeting customers and taking their orders
