What does a Course Developer do?

Working as Course Developers, we design and implement the strategies for improving the courses and training materials. We also produce other learning materials such as electronic learning courses and ebooks. We provide assistance by supporting the human resources department of the company. Being Course Developers, we help in the training of employees. We develop different formats and templates for integrating good learning principles. We also participate in different programs and work collaboratively with the leadership teams and talent teams.

Core tasks:

  • designing the assigned courses
  • coordinating with the subject matter experts
  • ensuring the quality of courses that we make
  • analyzing the course copy and content
  • providing recommendations to the subject matter experts for driving improvement
