About Courseware Developer

What does a Courseware Developer do?

In the role of Courseware Developer, we are responsible for supporting the front end analysis by interacting with the subject matter experts of the company. We conduct several quality tests on the course deliverables to ensure that they are meeting the quality standards. We manage the quality management systems and check their compliance with the policies and methodologies of the company. Working as Courseware Developers, we design and build new and innovative training materials. We have the ability to use reliable standards for formatting and styling the designing methods of documents. We work collaboratively with the graphic artists, UI/UX designers, and subject matter experts to communicate the course requirements.

Core tasks:

  • playing the role of supervisor when needed
  • working independently without anyone’s supervision
  • traveling to different locations when required
  • creating and updating the video tutorials
  • writing high-quality content
  • overseeing the work of our juniors
