This was a contract job. I had 7 different supervisor over 6 months. The customer had to say goodbye before you were able to disconnect. One of my 1st calls was over 5 hours. No kidding. The supervisor took over the call at my desk instead of transferring call to their desk so I could have helped more people. Supervisor were not around to ask questions and or if you had questions they didn’t know the answer. That’s what you get when the supervisor was in there 20’s. Having to drive to Rancho Cordova was awful. Also we had to work from the State office and most of those workers stopped working by 2:30 so they could leave at 4pm.

Pros and Cons
Nothing, they were awful
Customers that didn’t know what they wanted. Management knowing less.
