Not a good company to work for. I was bullied for the 1st 2yrs by a co worker. Upon going thru the chain of commands nothing was done; therfore taking the matter into my own hands by cursing that co worker out and bullying her back. Also my 1st 4mths I did sales and. brought in 4 new business clients. I was not compensated for generating revenue for those businesses; although I was on a commission structure. I was told i would not be paid! Management does not support you. After 5yrs of employment a new compay brought out our division and let the entire staff go without notice. Pay is low and raises are low. This company hires family members without valid experience and pays them.top.dollar.

Wow, sounds like a rollercoaster, especially not getting paid for bringing in new clients! Is the culture still the same at Cowan now?

Job was pretty easy. Good days and bad days like any other company. For the most part equipment was not so bad

Local and mornings shift for me
Not enough pay no overtime and the raise was from th19 60’s
