I absolutely loved my job and I was damn good at it. I got canned after 9.5 years because I told a customer the truth about an add on product they didn't need. The customer was happy though.

Pros and Cons
Great friends
Poor management. People got promoted because of who they knew.

This company does not really believe what it attempts to model. And way too much change. They can’t seem to get the formula right. Leadership always starts at the top.

Pros and Cons
Not really a good experience.
Poor leadership overall.

While I was only a remote Contractor, I enjoyed the position immensely. I was able to talk to and assist 20 to 30 customers per day with title and lien questions and requests. Almost every caller had a different story or concern they needed assistance with and I was always willing to take the time to talk with them and empathize with their situations. Sometimes they just needed a few minutes to vent before voicing their requests. It was satisfying to be able to be the last person they had to talk to in order to solve their problem.

Pros and Cons
Excellent staff and coworkers
None at all!!

Company wide Layoffs every year and doesn’t matter if you have been with them for 20 years and have been a top performer or not. Recently they used covid as an excuse to restructure and let go some of their most tenured and experienced employees regardless of performance. They don’t care about their customers or employees anymore. They play lip service and say how much they care over and over but in the end they will cut anyone without warning and do everything they can to control their customers

Pros and Cons
There is some opportunity to make good money
People are promoted due to politics and not experience. Poor leadership overall
