I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cray. Recruiter contacts at first with some basic question about the skillset and then a phone interview with the hiring manager.👍

Not having a vacation policy and being able to schedule time off as needed is the absolute best perk ever. We work really hard at Cray and having flexible vacation is such a relief.😌
