As Creative Directors, we are responsible for generating creative leads at advertising agencies for the marketing department of a business organization. We create, plan, and deliver an effective strategic vision for clients. We plan advertisements, supervise the entire creative process, and guide other working teams of the company. Building an environment for the creative team and overseeing their ideas and projects is part of our daily responsibilities. We develop ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns. Working as Creative Directors, we oversee various projects from the start of finish and sign off these projects before they are presented. We liaise with clients and keep them informed about any issues. We also hire and manage a creative team and understand the commercial aspects of the agency.
