About Creative Recruiter

What does a Creative Recruiter do?

As Creative Recruiters, we are responsible for identifying, screening and retaining creative professionals which suit the hiring needs of the organization. For this purpose, we use various networking instruments to develop and maintain a strong candidate database, participate in job fair events, use various means of communication to establish strong business relationships, and coordinate and conduct interviews in order to best assess the creative skills of the candidates. Moreover, we maintain a strong partnership with hiring managers, in order to discover staffing needs and make relevant recommendations.

Core tasks:

  • crafting and posting relevant ads to job boards
  • gaining a strong knowledge of the creative labor market
  • developing and maintaining a positive business environment in order to ensure workforce retention
