We examine payment patterns to determine which invoices need a follow-up. We analyze delinquent accounts to spot and resolve problems. Resolving any payment-related issues with customers is also a part of our duty. We make recommendations to subordinates on how to handle more complex accounts. Working as Credit and Collections Specialists, we are responsible for communicating with customers in an easy-to-understand manner. We collaborate with internal business partners to accelerate working capital programs. Finally, we maintain files and records following company policy.
