About Crew Member

What does a Crew Member do?

In the role of Crew Members, we play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of a company. We maintain a fast speed of service. We resolve the questions and concerns of patrons and following all safety and security procedures. We provide guests with a positive customer experience. We oversee the overall satisfaction of the customers. We greet customers upon arrival. We inform customers of any specials or promotions running currently. We answer any questions the customers might have. We direct complaints and concerns to the Manager.

Core tasks:

  • take orders with accuracy
  • repeat orders to customers to ensure they are correct
  • accept payment and accurately supply change, when needed
  • thank customers for their business
  • invite customers to return
  • maintain a sanitary, clean, and organized dining room and service area
  • complete all side work at end of shift
  • follow all health and food safety regulations at all times
