About CRM Specialist

What does a CRM Specialist do?

As CRM specialists, we are responsible for CRM system building, integration, and automation and creating processes, and teaching others how to run these programs. All of us build, troubleshoot, and execute data to make communication more relevant. We maximize the efficiency of the CRM and use software to improve our customer care. Not only that, we apply tools to analyze buying trends and activities of customers to advance sales. We meet our team members to help them analyze business trends and draw new customers. We are equipped with working with scripted or template languages. Developing and executing multi-channel strategies along with reporting and database management is also part of our job.

Core tasks:

  • analyzing campaign results, reporting campaign performance, and offering recommendations
  • utilizing a way of working with CRM software such as IBM marketing cloud, Braze, Marketo, and Salesforce Marketing cloud
  • managing excellent knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
  • managing and building relationships with customers is essential
