Unless you are in the good ol boys club, you won't advance. Hard work doesn't get you anywhere besides laid off. The "culture" is crap and the EMT doesn't know how to spend company money appropriately. Good luck getting the antiquated systems updated. Don't expect the hybrid schedule to continue. They've been slowly adding days onto it and tracking when you go in the office. Eventually it'll be full time in office.

Not much to share. Great company that ruined itself. My words don’t mean much however go and see for yourself if you value being overworked and undervalued.
