A lot of favoritism especially in the office environment, I learned to not go above and beyond because the more you do the more they expect from you and don’t appreciate your work. This place is very toxic, they need a better management system and HR employees.

Management for the trainees were terrible..no communication..and they hire like 10 people a week so from the moment your hired you begin walking on eggshells
