Very high volume call center. Most of the callers have international accents so trying to understand them is a bit frustrating.

Pros and Cons
Nice break room
The leaders and managers knew just as much as we did so if we needed help, they couldnt help.

The "leaders" of this project turned their hometown into the new Silicon Valley by hiring their neighbors who couldn't contribute beyond conducting meetings. These people received perpetual promotions by their neighbors, while there were Ph.D's who were pigeon-holed into mid-level roles, in spite of their published research; as opposed to the leaders' neighbors who were senior-level shams of analyst The head of the clan stated he was "lucky to have a job," as he promoted the most dim-witted clowns.

Great Project
