This place is owned by a family for a long time and decisions are made overnight. higher management doesn't take responsibility for their actions.
There is no growth at all once a tech will always stay a tech.
Unqualified people are occupying sensitive positions such as HR, Billings, and especially VP levels.
If you are a smart and innovative person then you are not welcome at this company, they are looking for sheep to do what is asked only.
Pros and Cons
no on-call or after hours needed for majority of positions.
so much politics, unsafe work place as a VP can scream at you even when he is wrong
