I enjoyed my time at CTG. My supervisors answered promptly for all my inquires. When I had to transition over to Experis/Manpower they were very helpful.

Pros and Cons
I loved the support they gave to the remote workers.
I didn't have any issues that I can report.

This company is laden with bureaucratic hurdles. Opportunities for career advancement and growth are virtually non-existent, and there's no prospect of bonuses or other incentives. It's essentially a place to collect your paycheck without much else to look forward to. If you happen to be in a period of underutilization, be prepared for immediate separation. You're treated more as a disposable resource on a tight schedule rather than an integral part of the team. It might be wise to start exploring other career options sooner rather than later.

Pros and Cons
Remote, OK WLB, Easy jobs
It is a bellow average consulting company.

My project was to convert ms-access applications (67 of them) to .net and teach the employees there at the tax office how to handle the support of those apps. There were a lot of high level - (people who really cared about their departments) worker bees there , they loved what they did and were - i might say, a bit over protective of the functions they performed. They wanted to be sure each conversion was done well and that they understood the end products.

Pros and Cons
Good people - they took good care of us consultants.
It was only a year project. I turned down supervisory promotion - for more money. Yes.

Avoid this contracting company and find a different. They take too much of your salary and provide nothing in return.

Pros and Cons
None whatsoever
No raises.
