Culver–Stockton College is one of the private Christian liberal arts colleges situated in Canton, Missouri. It was founded in 1853 as the first institution west of the Mississippi River to be chartered exclusively for men and women. It takes pride in the experiential benefits it offers its students, such as our 12-week + 3-week academic semester schedule, which combines a 12-week semester of classes with a 3-week time frame for a single course, internship, or Travel Study program which was introduced in the fall of 2008. The 140-acre campus of Culver-Stockton is home to 1,000 students who can choose from more than 80 minors and majors. Students may also design their major, giving them completely unlimited choices. Culver-Stockton College's mission is to prepare promising students for a changing world through a creative experiential program and a welcoming learning environment focused on the highest ideals of faith and the human spirit.
