Though I left Cummins many years ago, I still have fond memories of how fulfilling the experience was. I left because my personal circumstances were such that I wanted a fresh start to life in a new geographic location. Had I wanted to stay in central Indiana, I would have stayed at Cummins, and could very well have been there to this day.

Well-run, highly ethical organization; balance of teaching you and empowering you to learn by doing
Not for you if you want fast-moving technology innovation or a 'mad scientist' opportunity
