What does a Customer Business Manager do?

As Customer Business Managers, our work is closely tied to setting up and maintaining client relationships. We act as the point person that customers approach during a purchase of the good. In addition to maintaining the client relationship and increasing the productivity of the organization, we set volumes, targets, and project income based on records of clients.

Core tasks:

  • responsible for the distribution of a product and service
  • analyzes how the organization business plans can be used to produce desirable results
  • involve in setting up profit projections
  • collaborate with other personnel to set production, sales, and other goals
  • supervise all aspects of client relationship
