About Customer Care

What does a Customer Care do?

As Customer Cares, we are responsible for assisting clients in dealing complaints and concerns. We provide product and service information. We collect orders and process returns. Assisting customers in understanding the goods is also a part of our duty. We answer the inquiries regarding customer reservations of products. We maintain a compassionate and professional approach toward consumers. Working as Customer Cares, we are responsible for responding to customer requests in a timely manner. We communicate with customers via various channels. We take charge of a group of junior customer care representatives. Finally, we communicate and coordinate with staff as necessary.

Core tasks:

  • providing input on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • keeping track of customers comments and complaints
  • processing order and application request
  • providing every detail on the product to the customer
