Deltek is searching for a Customer Care Analyst who will provide quality accounting software support to clients using ComputerEase, construction accounting software. In this role you will work closely with an experienced team of Analysts based in offices across the country. You will provide support to our customers via telephone, e-mail, chat and the internet. Your days will be busy and challenging, and no day will be the same. The position is based at our new office near downtown Tampa.
What you need to be successful:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred or related experience
Strong oral and written communication
2+ years customer service skills
Software support experience in ComputerEase (or similar accounting software) is preferred, but not a must
2+ years accounting experience
Successful history working in a team environment
Refined problem solving skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
