About Customer Development Manager

What does a Customer Development Manager do?

As Customer Development Managers, we are responsible for coordinating and planning product sales to ensure that the companies are capable of meeting the needs of customers. We manage sales and business development with administrative documents relating to the quality system. We detect and develop business opportunities, plan, and coordinate product sales, and ensure customers’ needs are fulfilled. Leading a cross-functional team to build an HRIS project into the CRM system and providing automated skip resources is part of our daily responsibilities. We standardize an SDLC process to better manage projects and manage all promotions and division sign-offs on POS, shipper, etc. Working as Customer Development Managers, we lead SaaS base teaching resources solutions and manage projects across multiple departments and vendors.
